CNY Medicare Options helps people whose Medicare Advantage plan is ending request a call from a licensed insurance agent. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a plan recommendation, or advice about your individual situation. Coverage decisions are made only after you speak with a licensed agent and review official plan documents.
Who runs this site, and disclosures
CNY Medicare Options is a website operated by M&D Financial Agency, a licensed insurance agency. It is not an insurance company and does not issue insurance plans.
This website is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 6 organizations which offer 21 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep enrollment dates and program rules current, but Medicare rules change and vary by state. Confirm any date or rule that affects you with the agent, with Medicare.gov, or by calling 1-800-MEDICARE. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the content of this website.

- Provide accurate information about yourself and submit the form only for yourself or someone who has asked you to help them.
- Do not use automated tools to submit the form or scrape the site.
